NCSP collects
the limited information described below, and use it only for
the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
If you contact us, we collect your name, postal and email addresses
and other information you provide so that we can respond to your
request or comment where appropriate.

you sign up for future events, your request (including name
and postal and e-mail addresses) will be logged in NCSP’s
database for a site operator to see; at regular intervals the
operator
will access the database, will check to see that the required
information
has been submitted and will add your information to a mailing
list and an e-mail contact list. NCSP will keep your name and
postal
and e-mail addresses and will use them to send you information
that you have requested about NCSP initiatives, events and
other news. We maintain this data for the purpose of sending
you updates
or other information you have requested.
Our
website does not place cookies or track IP addresses. We check
for combinations of certain software, because
some combinations
do not support some of the website’s features.
Except
as described above, we will not disclose your personally identifiable
information for any purpose without your consent,
unless required to do so by law, if we have reason to believe
